Business Restructuring

Certain Business recovery proposals will require restructuring, either involving redundancy, staff reallocation, capital equipment disposal, contract determination, loss making subsidiaries disposed of or ring fenced. Ever Business Restructure is different and therefore, Business Angels view each project with an open mind, proposes the Restructuring Programme and if required implement the action plan. Whilst the business may have a problem an objective restructuring plan, supported by the labour force will often ensure the survival of the business and provide a solid base for the future. This ‘buy-in’ by the work force needs to be handled correctly to maintain confidence in the business.
