Corporate Recovery

Every year businesses fail. Amongst those businesses are those that should not have failed. An early appreciation that a business has a problem is most important. Failures are caused as a result of numerous reasons – poor cash flow being the most common, caused by bad debt, reducing market, increased costs and over trading. The common theme is often not reacting to the problem until it is too late and a failure to either produce or analyse management information available. Running a business is a lonely position in the best of times but when the business is in difficulties, that position becomes very remote. Focus from controlling the business survival can be reduced to nil, when day to day running becomes paramount in a fire fighting exercise.

Business Angels can quickly assess the business and report back with proposals for survival if this is a workable solution. We will assist in implementing a programme of corporate recovery. We do not work from a distance and can actively work with the Management if required.
