Redundancy Placements

In the unfortunate event of any organisation initiating a company restructuring, that will result in redundancies, the Company has a moral obligation to the redundancy candidates to either redeploy elsewhere within the Company structure or to look at the attributes of the individual and try to source alternative employment externally.

This is usually undertaken by a specialist recruitment consultant who is sympathetic to the clients needs. A percentage of redundancy candidates will consider investing any redundancy package in a possible business venture emerging from a current/previous skill pr pastime.

Business Angels work in harmony with the appointed consultant to advise the individual on the most economical and effective way of starting and supporting any future venture.
