Marketing StrategyAll businesses need to attract new clients and importantly, although overlooked, is the retention of the existing client base. Marketing target areas are dependent upon the product to be sold. Many, although by no means all, small to medium sized businesses do not focus on development of a product and its increasing market share and perception in the market place. Companies frequently rely on revenue sources and development of such from the client themselves. The marketing costs can be overlooked when preparing a budget, when this cost is the tool to be utilised in business development. This will evaluate the clients ideas and specifically looks at competition, promotional costs and then looks at the financial implications on the existing business, with a full job costing proposal integrated with a business plan (if additional funding is required). The items covered by the Strategic Business Plan include:
With its wide experience of marketing Business Angels aims to work with its clients from conception to completion, to maximise the return of the client.
