Due Dilegence Reporting

Business Angels will work under the instructions agreed with the client. The ethos of Due Diligence is to analyse information supplied by the vendor, ensure all liabilities are disclosed, including contingent liabilities, ascertain the validity of the assets being purchased and ensure the accuracy of the forward order book, along with the budgets prepared. The cash flow will be analysed, to ensure any facility required fits within the Company’s existing facility. Insurance policies, debtor credit rating, stock valuation, staff evaluation, competitor analysis, economies of scale report and market place awareness are some of the areas Business Angels can investigate.
